輪島塗は元々、愛着を持ってお使いいただけるよう、お使いいただく方のお好みの色や柄を入れてお作りするオーダーメイド製作が日常的に行われてきました。
忠平では形から完全なオリジナルでお作りするフルオーダーの特物注文品を承っております。
Originally, Wajima lacquer ware was usually ordered as desired with the user's favorite color and pattern.
We also accept custom orders from semi-orders for decorating existing products with original decorations to full orders for original molding.

How to order for ordermade
お電話またはフォームにて「特別注文品を作りたい」とご連絡ください。
Please contact us by phone or form "I want to make a special order”.
ヒアリング専門のスタッフより折り返しご連絡させていただきます。
作りたい品物のイメージがある場合は、ぜひ細かくお伝えください。
色や塗り方、装飾など見本をご覧いただきながら、いっしょに相談して決めることもできます。

You can also consult with us and decide while looking at the sample such as color, painting method, decoration.
ご希望の品物の金額を計算し、提示させていただきます。
ご予算がある場合は、どの注文を優先させたいかご相談ください。
We will calculate and present the price of the desired item.
If you have a budget, please tell us which order you would like to prioritize.
御見積にご了承いただけると、製作開始となります。
形から完全オリジナルの場合は、漆を塗る前の木地ができた段階で一度ご確認いただくことも可能です。
If you approve of the quotation, production will start.
If the shape is completely original, you can check it once when the wood is made before applying lacquer.
製作期間は一般的な椀であれば、3ヶ月ほどで完成します。
丁寧に梱包してお届けさせていただきます。
If it is a general bowl, the production period will be completed in about 3 months.

直しもん REPAIR
ひび割れたり、傷がついた場合でも輪島塗は直して使うことができます。
また、長年のご使用により退色した品物は、塗り直しにより、息を吹き返して新品と変わらない美しさを取り戻せます。
代々多種多様な漆器のお直しをしてきましたので、直しもんにも自信があります。
お買い求め頂いたお品物を末永くお使い頂ければ幸いです。
加飾があるものでもお直しが可能ですので、お気軽にご相談ください。

How to order for repair
お電話またはフォームにて「修理したい」とご連絡ください。
その時、なるべく詳しく修理されたい品物の状態をお伝えいただけると、およその修理費をお伝えすることも可能です。

If you can tell us the condition of the item you want to repair in as much detail as possible, we can also tell you the approximate repair cost.
送ってください

担当のスタッフより折り返しご連絡させていただきますので、修理を希望される品物を当店までお送りください（お持ち込みも可能です）。
The staff will contact you shortly, so please send the item you wish to repair to our shop (you can bring it in).
現物を確認して、必要な修理にかかる金額、お預かり期間を計算して提示します。
ご希望の金額に合わない場合、品物はそのまま着払いにて返送させていただきます。
※修理よりも新品を買い直した方が安くなる場合は正直にお伝えいたします。
We will check the actual item, calculate and present the amount of repair required.
If the amount does not meet your request, we will return it by freight collect.
*If the new price is cheaper than the repair cost, we will tell you about it.
御見積にご了承いただけると、修理開始となります。
簡単なものでは３週間程度の納期からになるかと思います。気温や湿度により漆の状態は変わってくるので、漆が思った状態に塗りあがってくれないと塗り直しになる場合もあります。少し余裕を持ってお待ちください。
If you approve of the quotation, repair will start. If it is simple, it will take about 3 weeks for delivery.
The condition of the lacquer changes depending on the temperature and humidity, so if the lacquer does not finish in the desired state, it may be reapplied, so please wait with a little margin.
